Graduate student Stephen Robertson completed an internship with The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, where he worked as an Organizational Development Intern. During his internship, Stephen analyzed work environment data, designed personality-oriented employee assessment measures for use in hiring, and worked with management to design organizational development initiatives.

Graduate student Hannah Murphy graduated from Clemson University with her Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. Hannah is now working as Senior Analyst, OMD on the Talent Management & Development team at PepsiCo Frito Lay. Hannah supports Core People Processes including the Organizational Health Survey, Fundamentals Pulse Survey, 360 & MQPI, as well as special projects for frontline selection and assessment.
